Mother's Day Cards and Older Projects

Good evening everyone, 

I have been working on some Mother's Day cards. 

And as you know in England it comes earlier than in the states. 

I thought I would also post some older projects as well :) 

So I will start with the newer ones and work thru to the older projects.

The first projects are the Mother's Day cards I have been working on. 

I wanted something simple and pretty and had seen this sort of design

on cards. I like the honeycomb look :)

The flowers are cut out on my cricut expression machine, and 

I used a free SVG file from  Bird's Cards and you can find them here. 

I followed her directions on how to make them look more real.

I also used a free SVG file from Bird's Cards for the pennant.

To make the hexagons, I used my MTC software and 

sized them to fit inside one another.



Valentines Day cards

The stamp is from House Mouse designs. I used promarkers on the image. 

I love how it turned out.

This is another Valentines day Card I made for another friend.  

Perfect Mailbox

This mailbox is a SVG file from My Scrap Chick you can find it here. 

It was super easy to put together. I have made a few for some friends birthdays. 

Side View

As you can see the mailbox does open. It can hold quite a bit of candy or other small items.

 Christmas Bag

 I made this Christmas bag for my daughters teacher. 

She really loved it, I put cookies in it for her along with 

some peppermint candy canes.

The bags I bought from a local store, and then used some SVG's that I 

got from SVG CUTS to spruce the bag up.  You can find the set here.



Beary Christmas

Here is a small Christmas card I made for a friend. It was really 

simple to make but turned out so super cute.

The stamp is from FizzyMoon

and I used Promarkers to colour it in. I then used some string glitter to 

add some dimension to the card.

Birthday Cards and Mother's Day card

Mothers Day Cards :)

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday :)

Thought I would share some of the Mother's Day cards
I have been making :)

The papers are from a set called Penny Lane. They are really pretty and
cheerful papers and have
loooaaddss of glitter
on them :)

Thought they would be perfect to show the woman in my life
just how wonderful they are and
how much they
mean to me !!

The image and words were cut out
on my die cut machine .

I used a flower punch for the flowers and embellished them
with clear gems that I coloured
with Promarkers to match.

I embossed the white background with a
Cuttlebug embossing folder-Swiss Dots.

Easter Card & Mother's Day Card

Good Morning to you all :)
This week has gone by soo fast!!

I have started making Easter Cards. And this is my 1st one .

I used some new items as well as old.

My mom sent me a box of "Scrapbook in a Box". The papers in it are really pretty. She found it in a thrift store. The papers had dates on them...but she said to me "Just cut the dates off" lol and use them"......so I did :)
There is a few Easter pages in the box. So I am going to try and incorporate them into my cards. So many papers in it for holidays and other seasonal things as well as birthdays . So its awesome I get to recycle them into something new :)

I made this card useing a picture from Scrapbook in a Box .
I thought it was delicate , so I didnt want a heavy looking card.
So this card is very simple and pretty .

Mother's Day Card #5

I have been having so much fun colouring in my new stamps that I decided to make another Mother's Day Card . I didn't put a sentiment on the card. I didn't think it was needed .

The Elisabeth Bell(SugarNellie) Stamps are soo pretty .

I also tried a new layout...I wasnt sure how it would look. I am very pleased with it :)

Mother's Day Card

I wanted to make a soft, light and airy Mother's Day Card.

So, I got to messing around with some of my stamps. And made this card. I really like it. The soft colours remind me of springtime. Flowers blooming, new leaves growing on trees .

I didnt put a sentiment on this card. I thought it looked pretty the way it was. :)
But I may end up adding "Mom" someplace on it...

Mother's Day Cards

I made this card for my mother .

I used red cardstock, brads, and Sakura Glaze and Stardust Pens.

I also used a paper I printed off, and a 3-d decoupage flower .
