Valentines Card

I made this card for a challenge on Trimcraft .
Valentines Card is the theme.

I used shiny red card stock, and black cardstock.
The paper is from BasicGrey.

The image is from PollyCraft.
I used Sakura Stardust pens ,WhisperStrokes markers to colour it in .

The flowers I punched out. Gems are from my stash .
Glitter glue was something new I was trying out. Not sure if I like it lol .

This is the card I made for the Papertake Weekly Challenge

I used cream card stock, and the paper is from K&Company.

The stamp is by Magnolia. I coloured her in with my WhisperStrokes markers. I did a little bit of watercolour on her.

I used Sakura glaze and stardust pens to highlight areas on her as well.

Pink flower eyelets ,to top it off :)

Creative Inspiration Challenge

This is the 1stproper challenge I have entered.
And this is also the 1st challenge for the New http://creativeinspirationschallenge.blogspot.com/ Blog.

I am not sure if I am supposed to explain what I used on my project. But I will do so anyways .

The theme is use something black , anything ,but black must be on the card someplace.

So I used black card stock . I normaly only use black cardstock for halloween cards, so this was weird for me. But I think the end result is really pretty !
The papers I used are some from a digital scrap kit I got. I dont remeber where from.
The vellum is from PaperMania .
I used pink ribbon , and I punched the flowers with a giga punch I have and then put pink brads in the center.

The Image is from The Greeting Farm, It is a digital Anya image . And she is very very pretty !
I used Sakura Glaze and Stardust pens on her. I also used Whisper Strokes Markers for the bright vivid colours.

Valentines Card

This is the card I am giveing
my husband on Valentines Day.

I used digital paper that I printed off. I dont remeber where I got them from. I download a lot of kits for digital scrapbooking. The good thing about these types of papers, is you can resize them !!And print them again and again and again LOL


I also used pink peach ribbon ,Sakura Glaze pens, and red glitter.

I used a Cuttlebug Embossing folder on the bottom half of the card .

And the stamp is a Pink Poison "Anya" Stamp.
She is so pretty .I coloured her in with Whisper Strokes markers. I did not make them water colour. I wanted her outfit to be bright . I did change it afterwards to fit my card. I cut away the halo.

And my tag , well I dont have many stamps with words on them . So I found a font I liked and printed off my saying.

Just For You

This is a Just For You card I
made for a friend of mine.

This Fairy is 3-d, it is hard to tell
from the picture,unless you look at her up close.
She is not a stamp. It's an image
from a fairy artist named
Jasmine Becket-Griffith.
She does do some 3-d decoupage .
But this image I printed off 4 times
and cut out what I wanted to
make the 3-d effect.

I used Sakura Glaze and Stardust pens &Lots of Red Glitter :)

The tag is from some left over grey
and black paper I
printed off for another project.

I also used grey coloured pencils
to pop the limbs out from the background.

Birthday Card

I made this Birthday Card for a niece of mine.

I used Whisper Strokes Markers, and Sakura Glaze pens.

I used a punch to make the flowers and brads to hold them on .

The papers are from Laura Ashley .

I embossed the round piece of card with a Cuttlebug Embossing folder. And used some olive green ribbon around it.

Easter Card

This is an Easter Card I made . I thought the
colours worked well for the Spring season.

Not sure who I will give it to yet :)

I used Sakura Glaze and Stardust pens,
Whisper Strokes Markers,
and painted as water colour useing a
Sakura Koi waterbrush.

The girl stamp is by Magnolia .

The Easter stamp is from
The Papermill Shop .

The paper is from K&Company

And the flowers I used a punch
and made them from some
of the papers from K&Company
and some brads to hold them on .

Get Someone Else To Make It (Emma Crafting 5yrs)

My daughter Emma loves to make cards with me.
I have a huge box of scraps , that she digs thru til she finds something she likes.
So when I seen this challenge, "Get Someone Else To Make it " over at http://daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/ I knew she would be happy !!

So here is her card !
She stamped the Magnolia stamp herself, and she cut it out and coloured it in herself. She picked the paper from my scrapbox, and she picked red cardstock.

Halloween Cards

These are some Halloween Cards I made .

I used glitter, Sakura Stardust and Glaze pens and Halloween pictures I have , and made them into 3-d decoupage.

I also used 2 Molly Harrison decoupage pictures for the witch cards. I didnt make them 3-d , I kept them as a flat picture.

Mother's Day Cards

I made this card for my mother .

I used red cardstock, brads, and Sakura Glaze and Stardust Pens.

I also used a paper I printed off, and a 3-d decoupage flower .

Anniversary Cards

This is 2 Anniversary Cards I made .
The 1st was for my husband .
I used a picture from a vintage postcard, and made it 3-d .
I used baby blue rubbin, cream cardstock and the mat for the picture I printed off.

The 2nd card I made for a friend.
I used a 3-d decoupage picture.
I used red and cream cardstock.

Baby Doll Dress Cards

This set of cards I made with a template I found online. I really like it....the apron of the dress lifts up, to reveal your message :)

I used brads, ribbon, buttons , and some star flower sticky gems.

I dont remeber where I found the papers from.....but they were from an online blog or site to download for scrapbooking.....so I took a piece of cardstock that had a pretty print on one side.....and then printed the paper on the other side.....so when it is all cut out and fixed....you have the 2 patterns .
But now they have papers that are double
sided ...which are great for this project !!!
The baby doll dress is mounted onto a piece of cardstock
..you can not open this card up....hence the apron effect :)

Just For You Cards

This is a set of Just For You cards I made . I love the images. I dont remeber the artist :( But they are really pretty.


I used glitter, Sakura Glaze pens and some sticky square dot embellishments .

I thought these cards could be used for a number of occassions, so I didnt put birthday or anything on them . Just For You and then the sayings on the card were enough :)

Christmas Cards 2008

This is a selection of the Christmas Cards I made this year.

I used glitter, brads,bells, ribbon, and eyelets . The papers I believe came from a Papermania pack.
The cardstock came from the Papermill shop.

Some of the cards I made into shakers ..The snowmen cards. The hearts was the shaker piece.

Some of them have a Magnolia Christ Santa stamp on them. I used Sakura Glaze and Stardust pens on them .


On some of the cards I used Cuttlebug embossing folders, and then used glitter to highlight some of the snowflakes.

Some of the cards I made had vintage pictures that I have in a collection for old postcards. Some of them were 3-d decoupage.

I also made some cards with an Origami Christmas Tree.

Fairy Birthday Cards

This is a set of fairy birthday cards I made. I used some of the Caron Vinson 3-d Decoupage Images, Sakura Stardust and Glaze pens, and some flower embellisments . They all turned out great !!

Just For You Card

This is a new card I made ...I was
trying some new stuff out. I got some new stamps from Magnolia ....love her stamps !! And I also was trying out sewing on card with my sewing machine.....LOVE IT !!!
I liked doing that and it gave my sewing machine some useage lol , but I feel it gave the card a country craft feel.

Baby Card

This is a set of ababy cards I made. They all turned out super nice !!I used some fairy pictures I have and pastel card stock. glitter and more glitter , I also used Sakura stardust pens to help with popping out some of the colours .
Also used Xcut border punch on one of them and then a random punch I got at the pound store.

6th Birthday

I made this card useing papers from Lauren Ashley , and a pretty vellum that has a rose printed on it.
I coloured the rose in on the back of the vellum so it would show thru to the front.
The stamp is from Magnolia . I used Whispers Strokes markers as watercolour on her.And some irredscent glitter.

16th Birthday

I enjoyed making this card. I like the textures and colours of the papers. They are from K and Company . The Stamp is from Magnolia , and I used Whispers Strokes Markers , as water colours on them. And then some simple baby blue ribbon .Up close you can see some of the colours ran together :( ..I am still working on this not happening. Practise makes perfect :)
