Anya Pocket , and Birthday Card

Here are some pretty Anya cards I made today :)
I have not made any cards for over a week now
and was itching to do something.

My kids go back to school in a couple of days , and then
I am going to start on
Halloween cards and Christmas cards.
Summer has gone by way way to fast :(

Anyways here is the 1st card .

The front of the card has a pocket and the tag reads" Just Because"
The inside also has pockets .
I forgot to take a pic so will
try and upload one later :)

First Step-Card

How is everyone's summer going ?
Some children are already back in school .
I know most kids in the states have.

Well mine is just about over :( and My kids go back to school in a couple of weeks :(
But before they do, we are taking a trip down to London :)
Going to do some sight-seeing and go to a couple attractions there .
So it should be very fun.


Well today I made my first Step-Card. I seen some on some craft sites
and thought they looked cute. Although there were no
instructions on how to make them :(

So it took me a few tries , to get it the way I wanted it.
Didnt exactly turn out how I expected , but practise makes perfect :)

Hippy Anya
I used Whisper Strokes markers as watercolour
on her and then added a bit of glitter
to her headpiece and necklace.

This first, two cards I made for fun . I really like this Edward stamp. So many things you can do with it. And for the Twilight fans out there ......Do you got Edward ? lol

This card is for a friends birthday .

I used whipser strokes markers on all of them as water colour,
and glitter glue on 2 of them .

The next 2 cards are summer cards..just wanted something fun .

And last but not least , this is the Thank You card , I made for my sons best friends mom.
They took my son on holiday with them. And they had such a great time .

Beach Babe

How are you all today ? I am a bit tired LOL
I was up late last night blog hopping and checking
out ALL the GREAT blogs for the Anyaversary !!
And wow, soo many GREAT cards !!
I know I will be going back for 2nd looks :)

And omg the new stamps are sooooo cute!!
I got all excited looking at them lol .
But I have to wait to get some :(

Birthday Ian

This was for one of the challenges yesterday at
The Greeting Farm .
You had to make a card useing this Digital Birthday Ian stamp.
And it was a speed challenge.
Although I didnt win lol......am just not that fast haha, I enjoyed taking part !!
And I got a super cute digital stamp for free !!
So all in all it was a good day.

I really did enjoy myself yesterday and I hope everyone else did as well :)

I did try and mask them but FAILED horribly lol ...
that is something I am working on lol

So instead I stamped them on seperate card.

I really liked this paper. The flowers are so pretty and the
glitter in the really catches the eye.

I coloured them in with Whisper Strokes markers as watercolour.
Then used Sakura stardust pens to give the
clothes some glitter effects .
Took a white Sakura Glaze pen and made
streaks on the glasses .
And added a bit of fine glitter to
certain parts of the clothes .

What Brings You Joy ?


This is the card I made for this weeks sketch at
Farm Fresh Fridays .
The sketch is super cute and was very easy to work with !

On this card I used left over papers from the card above.
I really like that paper !!! The colours are so summery and bright.

And isnt the little Anya cute !!
