The Next Level Challenge 3: Sketch

This week over at The Next Level Challenge Blog ,
the challenge is a sketch. But not just any sketch , it is to
create a card with an arched pocket and
removeable tag as well!
Go have a look at the DT cards...they are really pretty !

I really enjoyed this challenge, and will defo be doing this again :)

I used really vibrant colours on my card. Since it is summertime I thought the colours would make for a very bright and cheerful card:)

The Greeting Farm Challenge: No Layers

I came across this challenge blog today and thought
I would attempt the challenge!!

Over at The Greeting Farm challenge blog, they
have a great challenge this week : No Layers !!

I coloured her in with Whisper Strokes markers as watercolour .
Added a bit of Sakura Blue Stardust pen to the clothes as watercolour .
Chalked the egdes of the card in blue to tone down the white :)

Stampin for the Weekend Challenge: DigiStamp

Here is the card I have made for this weeks challenge over at
Stampin for the Weekend.

The theme is to use a digistamp on your project.
I have used one of Dustin Pikes images:) I think he does some really
nice images that can be used on male cards .

I have made this card for my husbands birthday comeing up :)
He is into dragons ,so thought this image was perfect:),
but he isnt into embellishments and stuff like
that so I have not added any to this card .

White, and limegreen cardstock
Papers by DCWV
Ribbon from stash
Glitter glue

Digi-stamp by:
Dustin Pike

I coloured the dragon in useing Whisper Strokes markers and blender pen.
I outlined the whole image in a Sakura Black Glaze Pen
to give it more of a 3-d effect.
Went around the egde of the image with Sakura Black Stardust
pen for a faux stitch effect.
Added clear glitter glue to the yellow bits on the
dragon for a bit of sparkle :)

The Next Level 1st Challenge

This is the card I made for
The Next Level's
1st Challenge!

The theme is an Aperture/Cut out card.
And you had to have a Lollipop Flower on the card.

I had a lot of fun making this card!
Not done one like this before.

Fun in the Sun

My kids have been off for 2 weeks, so not a lot of crafting going on :(
I have managed to make 2 cards though lol.

All I can say is they are soooooo cute !!!!!
