Snail Card

I made this card useing The stamp I won from The Craft Barn. The stamp is sooooo cute. Its called " The Snail Wagon".

I painted it useing WhisperStrokes Markers. Then went over certain areas with Sakura Glaze and Metallic pens .

I used papers from K&Company.
Yellow ribbon, glitter, flowers from my stash.

I tried a few times to take a straight picture...but it just wasn't going to work today.

Emma's 6th birthday

My daughter had a really nice birthday. The kids at school LOVED the cupcakes.

And when she got home she was all excited about her cuttlekids machine, that she wanted to make a card.

I did help her a little bit, but only to line up the paper and help glue stuff down. The rest she did by herself.

She told me it isnt finished and I am not to mess with it LOL.


I mentioned there was a lot of birthays this month. And really there is, My daughters birthday was today the 11th, then on the 14th is my great neices, and on the 19th is my 2 twin neices. And they are all turning 6 !!!!! Then my sisters birthday is on the 23rd . And I also have a few friends with birthdays this month as well LOL . So I have been busy busy .

I made a couple of cards with the Sarah Kay stamp. I think they are so cute. Very country :)

CupCakes and Cards

I have not posted for a few days. I have been super busy making cards for birthdays this month !! I know 7 people with a birthday in February . And today I was working on finishing some cards and making cupcakes. Tomorrow is my daughters 6th birthday , so I made YUMMY cupcakes for her class. She is all excited.

Dont they look YUMMY :)

Plus Valentines Day is in a couple of days. I made a set of his and her cards for my son and his girlfriend.
They turned out really well :)

Get Well Card

This is a card I made for a little girl my daughter is friends with. She is seven years old and has chicken pox :( So I thought the card would help cheer her up.

I used cream cardstock, and Papermania Spring Burst papers.......I really like them :)

I also used lime green brads, lime green glitter, lime green eyelets, and purple glitter from my stash .

The stamp is a Pink Poison Anya stamp.
I used my Whisper Strokes markers and my Sakura Glaze and Souffle pens to colour her in.

The flowers I hand punched .

Emmas 6th Birthday

So I couldnt decide on what to get my daughter for her birthday . Dolls or teddies or craft stuff.
I went with craft items because when I am making cards...she is sat right next to me watching everything I am doing...she then goes to the scrap box and gets out paper and gets some card and makes cards along side me. So I thought well....she loves die cuts..she has a blast turning the handle and all of that stuff. So I am getting her a Cuttlekids machine ....it comes with 3 sets of girly dies...and I am also getting her an extra 3 ,2-step dies.

OO I have to say as well....I came across a blog..and was reading the posts and looking at the cards on it....then realized the womans name was Emma.....and not only that her birthday is the same day as my daughters....11th of Feb.
How cool is that.....

PaperTake Weekly Challenge -Hearts and Flowers

This is the card I am submitting for the challenge.

The theme is hearts and flowers.

I used Papermania Spring Burst papers and Cream cardstock.
I used a Fiskars border punch to do the egde of the cardstoock.

The stamps are from FunStamps.
The mouse is sooooo cute !!!
I coloured it in with my Whisper Strokes markers, and Sakura Stardust and Glaze pens.

I also used Glitz-It glitter glue on the raindrops.
I hand punched the flowers,
and added some brads from my stash .

Birthday Card

This is a birthday card I made
useing the Marie Curie Stamps.

I coloured them in useing Whisper Strokes markers ,and Sakura Stardust pens.

The cardstock is cream and yellow...dont remeber where I got it from.

I used a Fiskars border punch on the edge ,and
I decoupaged the flowers to give it a raised 3-d effect.

Valentines Card

It is snowing here and very very cold outside !!
And I went shopping LOL , I wanted to get some craft items to make some valentines cards. I was going to go yesterday , but decided to wait til the kids were in school today. And when we got up...there was lots of snow on the ground .

Anyways , I got my stuff and decided to make a card for a challenge over at TrimCraft useing some of my new items.

I got some new Cuttlebug embossing folders . They are soo pretty !I also got some new stamps,border punch, papers, ink, rub-on images, flowers, glitter glue and a few other things as well .

I have only tried glitter glue a few times so I wanted some good glue and got the Glitz-It range...only a couple of bottles incase I dont like it. And I have not used rub-ons before so I thought I would try that out as well.

So the papers on this card are not my new ones.
These are from a site called PaperCraft Inspirations. I wanted to see how they printed off and if I would be able to use them. They turned out really nice. Its a Valentines set they have for free !
I like free stuff LOL.

The stamp is by Magnolia, I did alter her a bit after I stamped and coloured her in. I cut off the side ribbons. I used Whisper Strokes markers, Glitz-It glitter and Glitz-It pearlescent glue, and my Sakura Glaze pens on her.

I embossed the white card with my Cuttlebug embossing foler, and then took the Crystal Glitz-It glue on some of the raised images.

Added some ribbon and flowers to finish it off.
