Sweet Hello Card

I made this card for PaperTake Weekly Challenge : Dawny's Sketch 15

I had fun doing this card....not only is the sketch good ,
but the stamp is sooooo pretty !!
This is another Whiff of Joy summer stamp :)
Sorry but have no idea what she is called :(

Items used :
DCWV Spring and Garden papers
Yellow and White cardstock
Flowers ,buttons, and ribbon from stash

Stamp:
Whiff of Joy summer stamp
I coloured her in with Whisper Strokes markers as watercolour.
Then I used Clear embossing powder to highlight areas .
Sakura White glaze pen to also highlight
